INTRODRUCTION
In the time of calamities or any catastrophes such as hurricanes, cyclones,
earthquakes, mudslides, floods, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, it can cause damage
like homes and infrastructure. Because of that, People living in poverty cannot afford
adequate housing or infrastructure. They are unable to acquire resources needed
before and after a disaster strikes.
Millions of people are affected by natural disasters every year, and their
impact can be calamitous. From the destruction of buildings to the spread of
disease, natural disasters can devastate entire countries. Tsunamis, earthquakes and
typhoons do not just wreak havoc on land; they also disrupt people's lives in both
densely populated cities and remote villages.
So, when we members planned something in Bayugan City, we immediately
assosiciate with “TINDOZAN COMPANY” to collaborate with our new project. This
company can provide and support for the constructions of buildings like schools,
houses etc. but still this company is under from the government.
The mission of Tindozan Company, number one is organization. Because if
all employees collab and work together, the planned project will be successful. The
Tindozan Company’s objectives is to help also the poor community by building them
a house or infrastructure. The example of this, is our project “THE PROPOSED
EVACUATION CENTER” for those people who are affected by the tragedies. This kind
of regulation will the company to grow more and more.
The vision of Tindozan Company is to bring the company to the top of
ranking and also to achieve the businesses and projects that they promote. Building
an infrastructure and houses like Camilla specially for the help of family planning will
also contribute to their strategies of making the company successful. Successful
businesses understand the need to continuously improve their business processes:
to become more efficient and productive, and to respond to market changes faster
while providing better service to customers.
That’s why, we’re planning to build an EVACUATION CENTER here in
Bayugan City in case if there’s a huge earthquake or storm and specially for those
victims and homeless people. We don’t have to worry about this center because the
materials that are used is stronger and it will not easily break down by earthquake.
This structure will be build at the safe area like high lands and away from dangerous
places especially an area that have already fault lines. NDRRMC will also associate
with us and one of their job is to announce news about the updates of the weather
and in case of emergency, if there is calamity or catastrophe here in our city, they
will help the community to reach at our evacuation area.
Why do we need to construct this EVACUATION CENTER even though we have
Lope K. Asis Gymnasium and BAEX? It’s because the space in Lope K. Asis
Gymnasium and BAEX are not enough for all people to stay in and they have no any
service to give people for free. People need bigger space so they will stay
comfortable inside that’s why we have to build a huge building.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project will help the safetiness of all community specially in case of
emergency. The goal of this project is to save and keep all the people away from
danger especially we felt mostly an earthquake here in Bayugan City. We want to
give them a place where all their needs are free and they can stay inside for a
couple days specially for those poor people that can’t afford to buy a house but in
our rule, there is limitation.
They are free to stay inside because the evacuation center is large and the
space around is fit to all. This center is bigger than a stadium and in our service,
HEALTH CARE is free, food and shelter are free and also the supplies that are
needed are FREE! All of these are supported by the government.
Staying together after an evacuation is important, because it enables the
head counters to get an accurate account of everyone who should have left the
building, and helps the head counters pass along information to emergency
personnel about how many people are left in the building, and where those people
might be.

protection of life and poverty and in support economic, productivity and sustainable
