MEMORANDUM
June 4, 2020 Ref. No. 085-NN2021OSSA-ASA

TO: GRADUATING CLASS OF 2021

 College
 Graduate School

FROM: DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF STUDENT SERVICES AND AFFAIRS

SUBJECT: DUE TO MECQ, STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF PICTORIAL PROTOCOL

1. The following departments are scheduled for graduation pictorial at Cesar’s Portrait on City
Hall Drive, Davao City. This schedule is to be strictly followed.
 June 5 College of Business Administration (CBA)
 June 7,8,9 and 10 College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE)
 June 11, 14, 15, 16 Graduate School (Graduate School) and other college
departments besides CBA and CCJE (No June 12, due to
holiday)
2. CBA and CCJE will submit to OSSA a per hour schedule with specific names of 2 to 3
students per hour. Cesar’s Portrait will be provided a copy of this appointment schedule.
3. Graduate School and other college departments besides CBA and CCJE will need to contact
Cesar’s Portrait for their specific date and time appointment on the dates above and only
those dates. Contact number: Leah Palima Infante: 09330490932. Once we have finalized
the graduation video, any photo or video sent to OSSA can no longer be included.
4. Only students appearing in the appointment list will enter the studio. If you miss your
schedule, book a re-appointment right away.
5. Only the graduating student is allowed to enter the studio to be photographed. No extra
person like family or friends may come in. Cesar’s portrait has been instructed not to admit
them.
6. If you apply make-up, do so prior to your appointment and not within the premises or
vicinity of Cesar’s Portrait. You should be ready for the pictorial as soon as you enter.
7. Those waiting for their appointed time need to wait far from Cesar’s Portrait. You should
devise a communication system whereby the next in line could come for the appointment.

If all goes well with the pictorial with no problems arising from lack of discipline or
disobedience, then the scheduled July 1 (College) and July 9 (Graduate School) graduation
ceremonies may happen. If the city government stops the pictorial due to MECQ protocol
violations, then we will have to move the graduation rites to the last week of July or first week of
August or even later. Let us all cooperate.
