WHAT I CAN DO: #pi-YES-ta!

LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT:

I would delegate my colleagues LGU officers to communicate with me about their

concerns and other festival plans. Furthermore, I would instruct them to notify me
promptly prior to, during, and after the festival so that we may take appropriate
action. In addition, I would meet with them before to the festival to ensure that our
plans and activities ran properly.

CHURCH:

The procession for the town saint, as well as the mass, will be led by the church.
This is done with a small group in order to avoid a crowded mass.

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS:

I would like the private individuals to enjoy the fiesta through various activities or
programs, also securing their safety by plotting security measures in the area.

PROGRAMS/ ACTIVITIES:

- GRAND OPENING THROUGH PARADE WITH THE PATRON SAINT AND DRUM
AND BUGLE.

- CHEER AND DANCE COMPETITION.

- PAINT PARTY.

- FEEDING PROGRAM AND GIFT GIVING FOR CHILDREN.

- AWARDING CEREMONY FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING FAMILY.

- STREET DANCE AND ARENA COMPETITION.

- LIVE BAND.

- FIREWORKS DISPLAY.

PEACE AND ORDER:

I would assign people with strength and power to maintain peace in the entire
barangay such as police officers and barangay tanods. I would ask them to patrol
around especially within the area where the celebration is held.

PRODUCTS/ FOODS:

I would ask the barangay captain and kagawads to install food stalls selling
different product made in our barangay, fish product in particular. We SK officials
would also have our own stall which sells desserts and delicacies.
