Abstract

The research study were conducted by the researchers namely, Roselyn Igarta (team

leader), Realei Nicole Yadao and Michael Ibanez which are senior high school learners from

Grade 12 ABM Sinait National High School, Sinait, Ilocos Sur.

This study entitled, “Level of Performance in Management of the Grade 12 Students in

their Work Immersion- Business Establishment” that focuses on the observation if the Work

Immersion Supervisors.

Our study conducted a type of research, quantitative research, which can be useful to

provide or gather information about the insights of the students of this matter. Students level of

performance in management in their work immersion venue must be observe.

The primarily aim of the study is to seek observation of the respondents to the trainees of

Grade 12 from Sinait National High School. This study implies about the conditions of what will

be the relationship between their performance and their gender . Also, this study was confirmed

to observe the insights and decision making on the choices that are included to identify of which

of the resorts have the better pool accommodation services.

The study was conducted from January 2019 to March 2019 among the work immersion

supervisors of Grade 12 students. The calculated sample size is thirty (30) students. A survey

questionnaire was used for data collection.

The researchers found out that Farmville and Iping’s resort has no differences in terms on

pool accommodation services based on the answers of the respondents from the survey

questionnaires given to them.

The conclusions of the shows that (1)What are the factors affecting the level of

performance of the student? (2)What are the level of performance of Grade 12 SHS students in

term of: assessing products/services, encoding, customer management, customer service,

organizing and communicating(3) Is there a significant relationship between the factors and the

level of performance of the students in the business establishment?.

The study recommended that (1) In terms of management, girls shows more initiative in

the business establishment because they are more comfortable in doing light works than boys

who prefer going outside the establishment and having heavy works (2)Girls are more active

when it comes to management because they said girls are the ones who did works at home. They

are good communicator also amd flexible.

(3)Girls are more conscious with time, they value work-life balance.They're really nurturing and

good at multi-tasking.
