Interventions Implemented/
1. To prevent the spread of covid-19 the DFTACT team decided to cancel
the limited face to face classes in Caramayon ES.
2. Lack of radios and flash drives.
3. Radios that are not functioning.
4. Not updated modules and offline downloaded RBI.
5. School Budget.
6. Inactive participation of 4p’s members.
7. No follow up of ALS mobile teacher to their students.
8. High School Teachers does not have an updated modules for their
students in Sitio Caramayon.
1. Intensify home visitation but with safety protocols.
2. Radios that have no USB port will be replaced with radio that have
USB port.
3. Transparency of School MOOE.
4. Strengthen the School Banner Project- PANLANTAW
5. The stakeholders agreed to be active in any school related activities for
the student’s and school improvement.
