a. Straight Lines
 Vertical Lines are lines that move up and down. │ │ │
 Horizontal Lines are lines similar to the horizon. This mean calmness or quietness.

 Zigzag Lines are lines made from a combination of diagonal lines. This mean disorderliness

Materials:
Pencil, eraser, black marker, colored pencils or crayons
Short bond paper.

Procedure:
1. Write your name in the upper part of your short bond paper.
2. Draw your plants and trees in the same bond paper
3. Outline your drawing with the black marker.
4. Color your drawing with crayons or colored pencils

Your body is God’s gift to you. You must take good care of it by eating what is
good for you.

Eating a well-balanced meal is the key to having a strong body.

Activity 1.
Now that you know how important it is to eat a well-balanced meal, get a pencil and some crayons
and draw a plate full of food that shows a well-balanced meal. Have fun!
