What makes you suitable for the post you have applied?

I am a believer, doer and achiever and these skills make me the best candidate for Junior Assistant
job at University of Jammu. I had pursued my Masters in Business Administration with Marketing as
major and Finance as my minor subjects from The Business School, University of Jammu. During my
MBA I was the part of management club where I managed a lot of events. So in particular, my
qualities of managing team, leadership skills, communication, coordination and organisation skills
makes me a great candidate for the job. Along with the studies, I have done one month internship in
UCO Bank on the topic “Service Quality Of UCO bank” which included marketing and public dealing.
Also I have done two months internship in J&K Grameen Bank on the topic “Customer Satisfaction
for Transport Loan” which included public dealing. I am committed to learn any new skills on my own
to succeed in this role. I would love to be an asset to the organisation and achieve the
organisational as well as my personal goals for a healthy advancement of the organisation and my
career. I have done advance course in Computer Applications for the period of six month from
SUPERTECH Computer Education in which I had my hands on computer Fundamentals & Hardware
Introduction, MS Windows, MS- Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint, and Internet. I have a good knowledge of
the ways to implement the skill set acquired to the actual use and this would help me in fulfilling my
responsibilities in the best manner possible.
