With this letter, I would like to express my interest in MERN administrative Student Program 2019.

I am currently studying BS’s Degree programme in Public Administration at Bahauddin Zakariya

University Multan. Having looked through the materials on the social page of PAK-US Alumni Network, I
was very delighted to find the opportunity to attend MERN administrative internship program 2019. I
have decided to apply for this programme because I am sure it would strongly enrich my future studies
and help me in my prospective career. Moreover, I consider this programme as a great opportunity to
get in touch with different culture and different administration system. Last but not least, I am very
curious about different approaches to the administration at the foreign university.

I have chosen to apply for MRRN administrative internship, because I really like its module system of
job. I specially appreciate the wide range of offered modules and the freedom in making your
administration plan. And as a student of Public Administration, I am much confidence about that, Public
administration attempts to explain how decisions in government are made as well as administrating
projects to carry out those decisions. Public administration is the implementation of government policy
and also an academic discipline that studies this implementation and prepares civil servants for working
in the public service as well.

Moreover, during my prior studies I have found out, that I would like to specialize in Human Resource
Management as major. And I know that, Human resource management is the strategic approach to the
effective management of people in an organization, so that they help the business to gain a competitive
advantage. It is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer’s strategic
objectives. Human Resource Management comprise the formal systems designed to manage people in
an organization. Providing legal protection and process for public employees remains a vital function of
public HR practitioners as well.
Beside my studies and academic career, I have more then six years experience of voluntarily in different
organizations and still continue. I did participated in different conferences, trainings, and workshop. I am
also pioneer member of Voice for Rights – Children and youth network. With this network I did
voluntarily advocacy of Article 25A (Right to Education) from 2016 to date and will continue. We also
build a two Pre-School Camp for Slum Children and provide free schooling to them.

Anyhow, I would very much like to attend MERN administrative summer internship 2019. This would
give me a chance to deepen my administrative knowledge. And I believe that I would be an asset to your
program. This internship would provide me with the ideal opportunity to assist your organization and to
expand my research skills.
