Mapagmahal na Kapatid
Si Ciara ay isang mabait na bata at mapagmahal na kapatid. Inaalagaan niya ito lalo na kung wala ang kaniyang
nanay. Ngunit isang araw, nagalit si Ciara. Sinira ng kaniyang nakababatang kapatid na lalaki ang papel na sinulatan ng
kaniyang takdang-aralin. Ipinatong niya ito sa ibabaw ng kama. Kinuha ito ni Hero, ang kaniyang kapatid. Pinaglaruan
niya ito. Ginawa niya itong eroplanong papel hanggang sa mapunit ito.
“Ayaw ko na sa kaniya!” Nasambit niya habang lumuluha at hawak ang papel. Pinagsumikapan niyang sumulat
muli ng panibagong takdang-aralin. Makalipas ang ilang sandali ay nakarinig siya ng isang malakas na kalabog. Nahulog
ang kaniyang kapatid na si Hero mula sa silya. May galos ito sa pisngi. Pumalahaw ito ng iyak. Umaagos ang luha nito.
Nakalimutan ni Ciara ang kaniyang galit. Agad na niyakap niya ang kaniyang kapatid.
