Olandria - Member, President Liga ng mga Punong Barangay The meeting was called to order at exactly 7:30 in the evening. <> SP ORDINANCE 3591-2010 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SP ORDINANCE NO. 3342-2008, SECTION 1, BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLE OPERATOR’S PERMITS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled and by authority of the same that:Page two SP Ord., No. 3591-2010, cont'd. SECTION 1. SP Ordinance No. 3342-2008 is hereby amended by increasing the number of Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit from 2,200 to 2,500. SECTION 2. The registration for additional MTOPs will be conducted immediately upon approval of this Ordinance. Thereafter, the LTTMO shall be directed to apprehend colorum motorized tricycles-for-hire plying the city thoroughfares. SECTION 3. Any Ordinance, Executive Order, Administrative Order or portion/s thereof which are inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and/or modified accordingly SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
