Body Composition - It refers to the total
make-up of the body. (including water,
bones, muscles and connective tissues. It is
usually reported as the ratio of fat mass
with the overall body mass. This HRF Test is
useful in classifying the health risk of body
weight.
Cardiovascular Endurance – is the ability of
the heart (cardio) and circular system
(vascular) to supply oxygen to muscles for an
intended period of time.

3. Jump Squat
4. Swimming
5. Jogging
6. Running
7. Burpees
Muscular Strength – refers to the maximum amount of force a
muscles can exert against an opposing force.
1. Weightlifting
Muscular Endurance – refers to the ability of the muscles to
work over an extended period of time without fatigue.
1. Plank
2. Squats
3. Lunges
4. Push-ups
5. Sit-ups
Flexibility– is the ability to move a body through a full range of
motion (ROM) at a joint.
1. 50 meter sprint
Power – refers to your ability to release maximum force in the
shortest possible time. It is combination of strength (force) and
speed (velocity)
1. Shuttle Run
2. Soccer
3. Badminton
Balance – pertains to your ability to hold certain position while
moving or in still position.
1. Paper Juggling
2. Archery
3. Baseball
4. Golf
Reaction Time – pertains to the time required for you to initiate
a movement of various body parts in response to a stimulus.
