“Patintero” is a traditional Filipino children's game.This game

develops players hand-eye coordination and strategic thinking. It also
promotes team building.
During my childhood days, I experienced playing "Patintero" with my
cousins and classmates. It gives joy and laughter and sometimes if you
are caught by your shirt or dress it may be torn or ripped.But this is okay
because it is a part of the game and be ready to reason it out to our
scolding mothers. Playing Patintero gives happiness and avoid people
from boredom. I'm so lucky and glad that I have experienced this game
cause nowadays I don’t see such children playing it.

2.Actually ,dilang ako nakatagpo,kasama ko nun si KB, kaming dalawa.
Nakita naming si Kesz na natutulog sa harapan ng convenient store.
Nagkaroon ako ng compassion, si KB na tulungan si Kesz. Kasi sinisipa-
sipa siya nung mga dumadaan, tapos puro sugat pa yung ulo nya tapos
wala syang damit.

-Efren Peñaflorida compared his friend and mentor,KB Manalaysay to a
salbabida.

2. What does he mean by this comparison?

- Like a salbabida that is use to save drowning people,KB Manalaysay is
compared to it because he is the one who saved/helped him to become
a good person.
