Reflection / Insights
These past few days, I just eat what I can see I tend to unhealthy food because I am busy in
working and studying the same time. I just eat what I grab and forget to take good care of myself.
This food log will be able to help me in monitoring what I eat most time of the day. This will also
help me to practice eating healthy foods as much as I can. I usually don’t eat but I try to despite
fatigue and stress. I exercise to relief my stress and keeping myself fit to not get sick since I have a
different lifestyle that requires my health.
