I, MARITES TSU, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married, having residence at Brgy. San
Nicolas, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby
state:

1. That, I am an owner of a student boarding house, adjacent next door to our house.
2. That, one of my former boarders, was then a student of Saint Mary’s University in the
person of Mario Santos, residing at Brgy. Quirino, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.
3. That on several occasions, during his stay at my rental boarding house, I frequently saw
Mario Santos to be with different acquaintances.
4. That, Mario Santos personally introduced to me, Anna Lopez, as his girlfriend.
5. That, Mario introduced other peers and acquaintances who comes, visits and passes by
his room.
6. That, every time Anna will stay in Mario’s room, frequently overnight, I always heard an
uttering coming from Anna “Tama na, masakit na, hindi na kaya ng katawan ko!” and
then Mario would typically reply “Masaya to, damdamin mo lang yung sarap niya,
mahal!”
7. That, the incident of sadistic sexual activities happened all the time coupled with their
loud growls, so was heard the next door.
8. That, in frequent visit of Anna, I always saw her crying and begging to Mario but after
arguments, Mario always beg for promises and there after they still reconcile.
9. That, I even witnessed nights that Mario’s visitors were all ladies but her girlfriend, Anna
was not among present.
10. That, when Mario vacated the premises of the room (boarding house), I found and
recovered stashes of varied sex toys.
11. That, I voluntary give my consent and no one influence me to execute this affidavit.
12. That, I affix my signature to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing.
