TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

Date : September 27, 2021

1. There will be a celebration of World Teacher’s Day for Senior High School
Department of Morong National High School. The objective of this activity is to
show gratitude to our SHS Teachers who inspired our learners and parents,
not only that, but it’s also a day for us to realize how these teachers may now
impact the lives of students. In line with this SCHOOL BASE WTD
CELEBRATION will be held on October 7, 2021 at 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm via
Stream Yard.

2. The activity are as follows:

* Tiktok Dance Competition ( of by Strand)
* Raffle
* Paripa
* Wheel of Names

2. The theme for this activity is ““Gurong Filipino: Katuwang sa Hamon,

Kasama sa Pagbangon.” Please see attached Activity Mechanics
(Enclosure A) and Technical Working Group will be Headed by the SHS
Faculty Officers for the efficient conduct of the said activity.

3. The link will be created and forwarded to the FB Group Chat of SHS by
Freddie R. Garcia. The documentation and a narrative report will be handled
by Joan T. Santiago and to be submitted a day after the WTD celebration
was done.

4. For the convenience of everyone, please observe the utmost punctuality.

TIKTOK DANCE CONTEST

Mechanics
1. The contest is open to all teachers of Morong National High School-Senior High School
(MNHS-SHS).
2. The contest is by strand and with a minimum five dancers.
3. Teacher participants are required to create one (1) dance video of 1-3 minutes.
4. The department/strand should submit ONE (1) entry only.
5. The tiktok video must interpret and emphasize the theme of the 2021 National Teachers’
Month (NTM) and World Teachers’ Day (WTD) with this year’s theme “Gurong Filipino:
Katuwang sa Hamon, Kasama sa Pagbangon.”
6. Entries must be submitted not later than September 30, 2021, 12:00 P.M and must be
submitted to the google form provided by the MNHS-SHS technical team in a CLEAR MP4
format.
7. Entries must be posted in DepEd Tayo Blue Rizal - Morong National High School - Senior
HS Facebook account on September 30, 2021, 1:00 PM. to October 3, 2021, 5:00 PM. for
viewers’ impact based on Facebook likes and shares. Include the hashtags: # mnhsshswtd
8. There will be four (4) winners
9. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
Creativity and presentation 25%
Originality 20%
Relevance to the theme 20%
Artistic composition 20%
Viewers impact based on
Facebook likes and shares 15%
TOTAL: 100%
9. All entries shall be judged by a Board of Judges.
10. The awarding of winners will be announced during the MNHS-SHS World Teachers Day
on October 7, 2021, 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon via Stream yard.
11. All entries shall be the property of the MNHS-SHS and may be used for Info Lit advocacy
activities.

Mechanics

1. The raffle is open to all Morong National High School –Senior High School Teachers and
Staff.
2. Participants must fill-out the online registration form provided by the SHS Officers.
3. Teachers should attend the MNHS-SHS World Teachers Day on October 7, 2021, 3:00
o’clock in the afternoon via Stream yard.
4. Winners will be randomly generated through an online raffle wheel.
5. Winners will be determined after the participant chat/comment the word present (Ex.
JUAN DELA CRUZ-PRESENT) during the live streaming, within 10 seconds, otherwise the slot
will be forfeited.

1. The raffle is open to all Morong National High School –Senior High School Teachers and
Staff.
2. Participants must fill-out the online registration form provided by the SHS Officers.
3. Each Raffle SLOT will cost one hundred fifty pesos (P 150.00) Kindly coordinate to Mrs.
Florabel Hilario and send payment to GCASH No. 09423845590 OF MARIA CECILIA R. SAN
JOSE.
4. No limits to how many slots you can buy. The more slots you buy the higher the chances
of winning.
5. Winner will receive a 32 inch LED TV. On the 50th draw of names one will win a cash
amounting to five hundred pesos (P500.00) and two hundred fifty pesos (P250.00) on the
25th draw.
6. Teachers should attend the MNHS-SHS World Teachers Day on October 7, 2021, 3:00
o’clock in the afternoon via Stream yard.
7. Winners will be randomly generated through an online raffle wheel.
8. Winners will be determined after the participant after the participant chat/comment the
word present (Ex. JUAN DELA CRUZ-PRESENT) during the live streaming, within 10 seconds,
otherwise the slot will be forfeited.

4. No limits to how many slots you can buy. The more slots you buy the higher the chances
of winning.
5. Winner will receive the total pot cash earned. Buying of slots end until October 5, 2021,
5:00 PM.

o’clock in the afternoon via Stream yard.
7. Winners will be randomly generated through an online raffle wheel.
