1. Epoxy lining condition shall be checked at first. If lining was peeled off from metal, metal surface shall be checked by
VI with UTM for general corrosion or gage for pitting, if necessary. 2. Water injection point area in stack shall be checked
for corrosion. Note: Remove top pipe spool is required
3. All of the Internal parts should be inspected for deformation,corrosion
MT if lining peeled off found out : * CML of WFMT for <- For Defect confirmation, PT for welds
HIC/SSC to be set on Head welding line and M/H welding attache M1 & M2 with shell head without
line without scaffolding, however, If epoxy lining is broken scaffolding is recommended rather than top
by VI int, please cancel tentative CML and change CML at side of nozzles with scaffolding required.
