I am a good listener with room for improvement. I do good at notice the

feeling behind the words, face the person who is talking, watch for significant body

language, and respect the speaker. But i am not good at plan how i am going to

respond, keep eye contact with the speaker.

From the video it is very important to have eye contact and response to the

speaker, the action will show that you are listening to the speaker very carefully so

that the talk can be smooth and high efficiency. At the same time we should be able to

ask meaningful question, it is a important performance which it can tell the speaker

that you are listening carefully and you are a active listener. Cause the action can

show respect to the speaker and let them you that you pay attention to what they are

talking about. That is very cheerful for a speaker and can help a contact more

pleasure.

First, active listening means that everyone who join in this talk are paying

attention to the talk and they will exchange their ideas with each other . This can

gather the wisdom of more men. And come up with a more comprehensive

discussion. It will foster inclusivity in diversity. And active listening can make us

understanding each other’s minds that will help foster inclusivity in diversity too.
