1- Create 3 Instagram accounts

a)It is necessary to use your phone device and preferably mobile
data 3g/4g when creating them and verify them with your phone
so your accounts are as safe as possible from being flagged by
instagram .Alternatively you can also use your computer.
It is essential the accounts are phone verified or you will gonna get
in a world of trouble with instagram verifications later.
(For extra safety you can also verify them with email and
facebook if you want.)

b) If you have any spare instagram account with no significance,

you can use that/those to transform them for this job role and
complete the 3 instagram accounts in total .

This is because instagram doesn’t allow more than active 4-5 IG

acocunts per device/IP . So this must be taken into consideration.

OPTIONAL You can use more than 1 device in managing the

accounts if have them to distribute the work.

a) The usenames must be :

short random European or US male/female name
+ .ui or
+ .ux or
+.design or
+ .app or
+.art

You can also use (–) or (_ )instead of (.)

It is important to use only this format of usernames to attract

more visitors .If the username is taken just choose some other.
You can literally google “male/female name generator” to get
plenty of random names.
Make sure to use english names .

Name must be short and remembered by by visitors for

highest follow back ratio .

b) Account name can be the same as username without

the (.) (-) (_) so if the username is random.app name will
be Random app.
→Choose passwords you havent used before.
!IMPORTANT After opening accounts do not follow
andromedaweb_tech ,our page..Instagram is very strict when
it comes to manual marketing.For safety reasons do not follow the
main page
You will mention and tag @andromedaweb_tech as explained
in the ebook below but don’t follow it.

3- Profile picture and Posts

a) Profile picture is extremely important in order to drive the
audience attention.

You must choose an Eye catching design related profile picure.For

this option you need a very attracting image .Not stock
image,something that look like a personal work .

Here is a simple example of the

profiles we are aiming. Quality posts ,quality profile picture.
b)-All accounts must have 6 posts initially as a start and 2
story highlights.
-Story highlight names could be Projects and Design
-The posts must be design and app related stuff .You will find
plenty of images in instagram.

The posts must be EYE-CATCHING and HIGH QUALITY.

As genuine as possible and original for the best possible results .
Dont use Stock Images or images used from google images or you
will not attract any visitor and get nowhere.

After 10 initial posts you will make only 4 posts per day for each
account and 1 story always tagging the main account

To get the images for your posts is simple.Just download other

pages images and upload into your account. Example
For Computer users ==>
1- Search for webdesign related pages in instagram , scroll
down and choose different pages .You can also use hashtags to
find images.
2- Just click on a post and copy the url above like the screenshot.

3- Go to https://downloadgram.com/ paste the url link of the post

and click download .Easy, photo is downloaded and ready for
upload.

For Iphone and Samsung users ==>

1- Just download an app called FastSave available in app store
and play store.Search for design related pages or hashtags
.Copy the link of the post you want to download from your
instagram app and paste it in the FastSave app.Now download it
and you can upload it to your insta account.

a) After 6 initial posts ,4 posts and 1 story will be posted every
day after.All posts must have one of the text below on them or
similar . ==>

Here are 20 hashtags ,you will post 10-15 hashtags on each post
BUT remember to always use these ones that I have provided.
It is prohibited to do otherwise

5- Now that you have everything set up comes the most

important part.
The daily instagram actions in these 3 accounts.
An ACTION = total number of follows(unfollows) ,likes and
comments.

Instagram has put limits to how many actions an account can

make per hour and per day.
I made the table below to explain the process of warming up the
accounts until day 10 when they will be completely functional to
make the maximum follows/likes/comment

Here is the table of how many new likes follows and comments
you will make in each day

!CAUTION the numbers above represent new follows,likes,comment you will

make on each account each day .
The goal of this table is to warm up the newly created account to their full
potential without getting flagged by instagram
After Day 10 accounts are fully warmed up and will keep at this rate 200-220
new follows everyday per account 200-250 likes every day per account and
20 comments /DAY per account
REMEMBER You will follow this table for each account.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!
-Do not complete the actions all at once . Making mass
follows ,likes and comments within 1 hour per account gets you
banned in instagram.The actions should be distributed within the
day.

You should never pass more than 100 actions

(likes,follows,comments) per 1 hour per 1 account
And remember that instagram will not allow you to make more
that 40 follows in an instance . So this why you have to wait a
couple of minutes or better distribute the actions by following then
liking then commenting or swtiching between accounts to not
make it obvious or spammy .

LETS TAKE AN EXAMPLE

After DAY 10 it is told in the table you will make around 200
follows , 200 likes and 20 comments per account , so a total of
400+ ACTIONS per Account x 3 accounts = 1200+
actions(follows,likes,comments) in a day.
Of course you will not make 1200+ actions withing 1 hour .
Doing that can get you action blocked or even banned pretty fast
So you have to distribute the work in an intelligent way.
IN THE MORNING
1]- you will make for example up to 100
actions(follows/likes/comments) for 1st account .
2]- Go to 2nd account and do the same thing
3]- Go to 3rd account and do the same thing

IN THE NOON
4]- Repeat step 1], step 2] step 3]

IN THE EVENING
5] Repeat step 1], step 2] step 3]
IN THE NIGHT
6] Repeat step 1], step 2] step 3]
So following a similar pattern like this you can complete 400+400
+400 = 1600+ daily actions in all 3 accounts in an intelligent
way without getting flagged or noticed by INSTAGRAM .

So lets say it will take you 30 mins in the MORNING

30 mins in the NOON 30 min in the EVENING and 30mins in the
night

In total that is 2 hours work/day

You will spend the remaining 0.5hour -1 hour of work with
DM-ing
followers as explained later in the EBOOK

OF COURSE this is just an example.You can adapt this to your

own schedules to distribute the number of actions into your
accounts.Just remember keep the time frames of distributing the
actions for at least 2 hours apart as to not get suspicious by
instagram.

So remember to keep track of those actions not to surpass daily

limit.
IMPORTANT 1 FOLLOW REQUESTS = 1 action . even
though they might not accept and it wont show on the following
stats on your instagram profile.
So make sure to manually keep track of how many follows are you
sending on a piece of paper or on your notes in your phone/laptop.

IMPORTANT If instagram displays you a message dialogue box

that your actions have been temporarily blocked don’t make any
interaction for that account for that day.Also notify us .

IMPORTANT You will make only followes.You will not do

unfollows .

6- Ok now you know how to perform your daily activities in

your instagram accounts.
Obviously you will NOT follow/like and comment anywhere you
can .
There will be specific hashtags and profiles where you will
follow/like/comment.
.

FOLLOWS
You will target only the audience of the IG profiles and hashtags
that we will give you after reading the ebook and making the
accounts ready to follow.
IT is extremely important to follow people only in the profiles and
hashtags that I will give you on whatsapp for
each account .It is forbidden to do otherwise
for now.

(They are done with computer but the same thing applies with
your phone as well)
Just make sure to keep the targeted accounts separate from each
of your 3 accounts to not follow same people as that would defeat
of this job.

REMEBER: Target people from the pages and hashtags that we

will provide.

LIKING – You will like posts with few

likes/comments from the hashtags specified in the
whatsapp chat

The idea of liking posts with low audience is simply to
let them notice your profile so you can have a higher
follower ratio.
Remember the whole purpose of this marketing
strategy is to gather as much audience as possible.
You can also like posts of people who you have
followed
REMEBER: Liking posts from hashtags provided above only.No
other hashtags other than that are allowed to like

COMMENTS – Same with the comments, use

hashtags specified to do comments and big related
pages
The comments should be like this

“Wow cool pic”

or

“Great design”

“Amazing ”

“Nice”

“Cool”

“Great idea”

“Keep up the great work”

Etc etc etc use your creativity to make comments that

drive attention to your accounts.
Make sure to use all of them and mix it up to not look
as spam before instagram.

7- Last step is to DM(direct message) all the profiles who

follow your 3 instagram accounts.

So, to everyone who follows the 3 accounts, you will send a

message to send them to us.

Instagram algortihm detects if Dms are the same so the text needs
to change abit for every people you DM.
These are just some examples of me but do not be afraid to try
your own creative messages to send people to us.After all the
messages needs to be as human and different as possible to not
have problems with Instagram BOTS.

Please note that you need to replace “USERNAME” of the

messages below
with the specific username or name of the person you will be
sending the message .

Examples:
“Hi USERNAME Thanx for following us . This page is hosted
by andromedaweb_tech
If you like quality content we would appreciate showing us
some love by following @andromedaweb_tech and
celebrating the 30k milestone together . :)”

Again, Please note that you need to replace USERNAME with
the username or the name of the person you will be sending
the message .
To make sure each text is unique and to not get repetitive
please use some emojis of your own or some additional short
sentences to the DM.
!IMPORTANT
Make sure to leave a space at the end of each DM when you
send it to the audience. I have already done that with the
above examples but this is important if you add sentences of
your own to the DM
EXAMPLE:
“Hi thanx for the follow.We are greatful “ WRONG
There is no SPACE between sentences after the dot[ . ] and
instagram will think “follow.We” is a link .This will get the
accounts banned pretty fast.
“Hi thanx for the follow. We are greatful “ RIGHT
Notice how there is now space between sentences “follow. We
” and the text is valid and wont be taken as a link

IMPORTANT -Note that there will be many people

asking for our services.You have to treat those with
respect as they are potential clients .Tel them kindly
this:
“Thanx for reaching ,please DM @andromedaweb_tech for services ,an
expert of the field is waiting for your query .Thanx ”

8- REPORT
You are obliged to report us every day with
your daily statistics of each Instagram
account.
So every day you will send us this format of
report to our whatsapp :
Keep in mind that we might be busy
sometimes and we wont be able to verify
your work daily but we will do it in weekly
basis .So make sure to send the correct
reports every day on your accounts.

Notice that its not necessary to use excel or

notepad for the report ,just copy paste
them right into our whatsapp chat for
simplicity
9- Permanent deletion of Accounts
After the monthly goal of around 5000 follows ,5000 likes and
comments has been completed ,Instagram wont allow performing
more follows and will drastically restrict the ability to like and
comment and will eventually flag/ban the accounts . That is why
you have to permanently delete the accounts first after you reach
your monthly goal in order to not get flagged by instagram as
that would mean a permenant ban from the ability to open new
accounts from your IP/device . Only after the accounts are fully
deleted you will be able to open new ones and repeat the process
for the next month and so on .

This has to be done right through the link above in order for
instagram to allow you to make new accounts for the upcoming
month .Otherwise you will get restricted.
10-
This is all the work.Your role is to do this,post high quality
webdesign,app design,logo illustration and tech related stuff.
You will drive traffic,follows and clients to our company.
.With these instructions you will be able to generate us 8-10
leads( possible clients) with ease.
If you generate us more than 10 leads we will reward you with
$20 per LEAD
This is where your performance comes to place .
The higher the quality of your posts ,the higher the quality of
hashtags choices and the higher the targeting
the more you will get rewarded.
We have employees that are generating 12-17 LEADS monthly
which means they are getting 2-7 more leads than we require
=$40 to $140 on bonus money. You can do it too .
