 Mechanics for the "Himig at Kapayapaan (Konsiyerto Sang
Paghiliusa)"

1. The contest is open to all RTF member agencies, Provincial and Local
Task Forces, and MSAC Member Agencies, within SOCCSKSARGEN
Region.

2. All entries must be representing either a Regional Line Agency or Local

Government Unit as evidenced by the certification issued by the head of
the agency or local chief executive.

3. Band Members shall be an employee (permanent or contract of service)

of the agency, LGU/LTF, MSAC member agencies or RLAs' Proof of
employment or contract must be attached upon submitting the entry.

4. Participating bands shall record/ videotape their final performance,

complete with the props and effects, which should be at least 8 minutes
but not more than 10 minutes to include the intro song and the contest
piece. For every minute exceeding the 10 minute limit, a penalty of 5
points will be deducted from their total score.

5. The songs of choice must center on the aspirations for attaining peace,
in Filipino or English, and the bands can dress themselves up, as
needed, for cinematic or special effect.

6. All entries must be submitted through the link

7. All submitted videos shall be uploaded in the DILG Dose TV YouTube

Channel on October 26-28,2021.

8. Winners will receive the following:

a. l"tplace - P10, 000 + Certificate of Recognition
b. 2nd place - P8,000 + Certificate of Recognition
c. 3'd place - P5,000 + Certificate of Recognition

9. A Special Prize will be given to the band with the most number of likes in
our YouTube Channel- PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD.

10 The winners for the battle of the band will be announced during the
culmination Activity of the Local Government Month celebration on
October 29,2021.
