Agenda of the meeting
Agenda Point 1: Planning for Online Talent Hunt on 1st June.
Discussion Outcome: Ezyschooling wants to keep creativity and fun alive in the
pandemic. With Art, Creativity, and Fashion competition the company is
bringing infamous talent show, Talent Hunt with the festive theme of 'Carnival'.
Agenda Point 2: Planning the roll out for the event.
Discussion Outcome: For the roll out the social media campaigns have been
planned, the posters have been discussed and the invitation for judges was
finalized.
Agenda Point 3: Finalizing the sponsors for the competition and discussing
deliverables with them.
Discussion Outcome: The committee finalized three sponsors for the
competition and drafted MOUs for deliverables.
Agenda Point 4: Distribution of duties
Discussion Outcome: The duties were distributed among the committee
members.
