REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-School such as IIMs, NITIE,
MDI, NMIMS, KJ SOM, IMI, IMT,GIM, SIMSREE, etc.
• Procurement and Supply Chain experience (Preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) The solution design/presales team is a highly critical,
specialized and fast-grow ing team w ithin GEP. As part of
the solution design team, your primary responsibility is to
develop compelling proposals and respond to RFPs / RFIs
that w e receive from global companies for procurement
consulting and procurement outsourcing.
2) This team plays a key role in end-to-end sales cycle and
driving GEP’s grow th. How ever, there are no sales
targets.
3) The end-to-end solution design / proposal development
cycle includes the follow ing: o Summarizing client’s
requirements to GEP executives
HIT THE GROUND o Understanding client requirements and designing a
w inning strategy
RUNNING WITH o Coming up w ith a project plan to finalize responses w ithin
GEP, agreed timelines
o Creating responses to client questions, designing compelling
A GLOBAL LEADER pow er-point presentations and finalizing a package that is

o Designing solutions that include staffing, pricing, margin and

TRANSFORMATION o Presenting solutions to the top management in a convincing
w ay and drive consensus on the final solution
4) Work on know ledge management initiatives such as w hite
papers and collaterals
