lifestyle.
 Work out: When you work out, your body begins to
make physical reactions and you will have more
energy.
 Get enough sleep: If you sleep enough your body
will work better during the day.
 Stay hydrated: Drinking lots of water or liquids is
very good for your body.
 Be outdoors: If your health allows it, it is very
good to breathe the air outside in the park or a
place where there are many trees.
 Eat healthy: When you eat healthy, you will be fit
and you will rarely get sick to your stomach.
 Do what makes you happy: If you do that you will
be living a healthy life.
