How do you spend your free time?

Teresa
In my free time, I surf the Internet. I love playing
computer games and I really enjoy listening to music
online. In the evening, I also like watching TV with my
family. TV is very popular in the UK. People watch
about twenty-eight hours of TV every week. That’s a
lot of TV!

SARAH
I’ve got a lot of different hobbies. I’m interested in
painting and photography, and I’m quite good at
taking photos. I’m into drama, too. But I also enjoy
doing outdoor activities, for example, camping,
and I’m a scout. There are 400,000 boy and girl
scouts in the UK. Scouts love learning new things.
At the moment, I’m doing my Outdoor Challenge
Award and I’m learning how to cook on fire.

Fiona
I’m really into sports. I play hockey, netball and
tennis and I’m in a girls’ football team. I also like
meeting my friends in my free time. We meet
every Saturday after football! People play football
for fun in parks and playgrounds all over the UK.
It’s a very popular team sport.

Netball is a popular girls’ sport. It’s like basketball but you can
run with the ball.

En mi tiempo libre, navego por Internet. Me encanta jugar juegos de computadora y realmente disfruto escuchando
música en línea. Por la noche, también me gusta ver televisión con mi familia. La televisión es muy popular en el
Reino Unido. La gente ve unas veintiocho horas de televisión cada semana. ¡Eso es mucha televisión!

FIONA

Me gustan mucho los deportes. Juego hockey, netball y tenis y estoy en un equipo de fútbol femenino. También me
gusta conocer a mis amigos en mi tiempo libre. ¡Nos vemos todos los sábados después del fútbol! La gente juega al
fútbol por diversión en parques y parques infantiles de todo el Reino Unido. Es un deporte de equipo muy popular.

SARAH

Tengo muchos pasatiempos diferentes. Estoy interesado en la pintura y la fotografía, y soy bastante bueno para
tomar fotos. También estoy en el drama. Pero también disfruto haciendo actividades al aire libre, por ejemplo,
acampar, y soy un explorador. Hay 400,000 niños y niñas exploradores en el Reino Unido. A los exploradores les

I am German Hernandez I was born in Bogota - Colombia, currently I live in the city of Valledupar, I am married
and I have a son. My parents live in Bogota with my son, now I am studying at the National Service of Learning
(Sena) Technologist in Natural Resource Management.
