VIII. Course Description : This course deals with the principles on the basics of effective writing. It also aims to help students learn proper
English grammar. It further enhances the learners’ skills in composition writing applying the writer’s techniques,
principles, and strategies in order to communicate effectively their ideas, emotions, and views to the readers.
IX. Course Outcomes :

1. Acquire knowledge of the principles of effective writing and the writing process.
2. Understand that the main goal of writing is to communicate one’s ideas.
3. Apply the knowledge gained from the course in writing compositions.
