SUBJECT: DISTIBUTION SCHEME OF THE SCHOOL AS RESPONSE TO THE MECQ

CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROVINCE

1. Article II Section 15 of the 1987 constitution provides that the state shall protect
and promote the right to health and instill health consciousness amongst
inhabitants
2. The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases
has set the guidelines for the places under MECQ of which the Municipality of
Trento as one of the identified areas in the province of Agusan del Sur by the
DOH-CHD Caraga Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (RESU) with local
transmission.
3. There is a need of the observance of the minimum health standard protocols in
the whole aforesaid place under MECQ including the schools which operate under
its geographical jurisdiction.
4. With the consultation and concurrence of the Local Chief Executive of BLGU San
Isidro, the Administration came up with a strategy of distribution and retrieval of
learning materials where the school campus as the approved designated pick off
and drop off site whilst following extensively the health protocols.
5. Advisers across grade levels are advised with the schedule to wit to avoid
congestion in the school;

the school.
