Pursuant to Commonwealth Act 111 as amended by the Republic Act 7278 the Boy
Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) will celebrate its 87th Charter Anniversary and 2023
National Scouting Month in October, the purpose of which is to showcase to the public
and its stakeholders the contribution of the BSP to nation-building through the

LIGHTING OF CAMPFIRE

A. ISKAWT MASTER:
Ang araw ay lumubog na, ang pusikit na dilim ang siyang bumabalot sa katahimikan,
ang mga ibon ay nagsisipasok na sa kanilang pugad at ang mga hayop ay nasa kani-
kanilang lungga. Ngunit sa kalagitnaan ng dilim ay may mga nag-aanasan at
nagbubulungang iskawt. Sino kayo na gumagambala sa aking pagtulog!

B. UNANG ISKAWT:
Ha HA HA! Ako ang manlalakbay na nagmula sa Silangan. Napadpad ako sa
inyong lugar sapagkat ako ay naghahanap ng liwanag ng pakikiapagkaibigan. Ngunit
ako ay napag abutan ng dilim. Bigyan mo ako ng ilaw! Ilaw! Ilaw!

C. IKALAWANG ISKAWT:
Hu hah hah ha! Ako naman ang sugo na nagmula sa Timog. Naghahanap ako ng init ng
pakikipagkaibigan. Ngunit sa aking paglalakabay ay napag abutan ako ng lamig kaya
bigyan mo ako ng init…..init….init!

D. IKATLONG ISKAWT:
Hi… hi hi…! Ako naman ang kinatawan ng Kanluran. Naglalakbay ako upang
makasumpong ng maalab na pagmamahal. Sa aking paglalakbay ay napag abutan
ako ng malakas na ulan. Nais ko ng apoy….. apoy…. Apoy…..!

E. IKAAPAT NA ISKAWT:
Ho… ho… ho…. ! Ako ang manlalakbay na nagmula sa Hilaga. Sa aking paglalakbay ay
nawala ako sa tamang landas sa kadahilinang napag abutan ako ng dilim. Ako ay nag
nananais makakita ng liwanag na siyang gagabay sa akin tungo sa tamang landasin.
Bigyan mo ako ng liwanag….. liwanag…..liwanag..!

F. ISKAWT MASTER:
Tunay ngang kayo ay mga iskawt. Kaya ibibigay ko ang inyong ninanais. Heto ang siga
na magbibigay ng inyong pangangailangan.
