Introduction:

            Artificial intelligence makes things even simpler for

humans. But in this modern time where Artificial Intelligence is

already existing, there are some people in our society who are

not aware of what Artificial Intelligence is and what Artificial

intelligence really is for the Marikeños. People are using

social-media, computers, machines, etc. but most of them don’t

know that some of these technologies are product of Artificial

intelligence and they’re already using it in their everyday life.

Most of them see AI as Robot, something that has a human body and

acts like a human.  

Statement of the problem

This study aims to determine the level of awareness of

Marikeṅos about Artificial intelligence

1. what is the profile of the respondents when group to:

1.1    Social and Economic Status

1.2 Teenagers/adult/middle age perason

1.3 IT/ECE students/Engineer

 2.  What is AI for Marikeño?

2. What is the level of awareness of Marikeños AI(Artificial Intelligence)

2. how people in marikina adapt the impact of Artificial intelligence in their everyday life.

Scope and delimitation

This study covers the level of awareness of the Marikeños about Artificial Intelligence

and factors that affect their knowledge about AI. Selected Marikeños were the respondents of

this study. This study will consider the social and economic status,

age, profession and the factors of knowing the benefits of

Artificial Intelligence.

Significance of the study:

The outcomes of this study will be beneficial to the following:

Students in Marikina: Students from Marikina can get a lot of

benefits from the study specially from Senior Highschool to

college. This study will give them a deeper knowledge about AI.

Undergraduate workers/loiter: This study can help those people

that did not have a chance to go to school. This study can inform

these people what is AI, what its true purpose and what AI can

do.
Future researchers: The study will help future researchers to

significantly improved the study about AI also for them to know

the factors that affect to the knowledge of people about AI.

Review of related literature 

[ CITATION Cho20 \l 1033 ] states that they retrieved over 400 research

articles on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and

deep learning (DL) techniques in teaching and learning from

twenty years of educational research. To investigate how AI and

DL research themes have evolved in major educational journals, a

computerized content analysis was performed. As a result of the

discipline's dynamism, we hope to uncover the most prominent

keywords associated with AI-enabled pedagogical adaptation

research in each decade. By examining major research themes and

historical trends from 2000 to 2019, we show that, as advanced

technologies in education evolve over time, some research topics

appear to have stood the test of time, while others have

experienced peaks and valleys.

disrupt our society and the industry. The AI trend of

technological singularity is continuously accelerating and is

being employed to the different facets of humanity from

education, medicine, business, engineering, arts, and the like.

Government and private companies have been hooked up with this

fast-pacing technology. The Philippines is still coping up with

the adoption of AI system, but it can steer up globally by

strengthening the technology governance of strictly implementing

the policies.

[ CITATION Coc18 \l 1033 ] states that Artificial intelligence has the

potential to significantly improve the productivity of the

economy. These advances have the potential to have a direct

effect on the development and characteristics of a wide range of

goods and services, with major consequences for efficiency,

employment, and competition.

Objectives of research

The study aims to help marikeños to know how AI can help us in the future and what is

the impact of it. This study also focuses on whether marikeños have enough knowledge about

AI. This study can help to know if marikina can cope up with this kind of good innovation using

AI. The research project was designed to understand how marikenos can adjust or adapt to AI. in

our everyday life in future. The goal of this study is to measure the level of awareness of marikenos

about ai.

There is no significance differences between social economic

status, age, profession on being knowledgeable and aware about

Artificial Intelligence.

III. Methodology

Proposed Data Collection Method

The type of method the researchers were going to use is

descriptive analysis. which aims to know the level of awareness

of Marikeños about AI. In this study the researchers will choose

a respondent who live in subdivision and squatter areas in all

barangay in Marikina City. Researchers will conduct a survey in a

student, workers, people that are in low class, middle class, and

high class.

Instrumentation

The researchers will prepare a survey wherein it will ask

the respondents name, age, their level of awareness and their

standard living from being a low class, middle class, even their

brgy are included. The data that will be gathered from

respondents will use to interpret this study by doing Descriptive

Analysis.

IV. Proposed Data Analysis

The researchers will use regression analysis to analyze and

interpret the data that will be gathered from the respondents.
