FIRST AND ONLY WORLD CLASS THEME PARK IN THE PHILIPPINES

Enchanted Kingdom is the first and only world-

class theme park in the Philippines. It is opened to the
public on October 19, 1995. The theme park boasts of
rides and attractions that are unique to the country in
size and magnitude. These rides and attractions are
located within seven meticulously themed zones
interspersed with food and merchandise outlets and
kiosks as well as various game stands that add to the “enchanting experience”, away
from the day-to-day realities of life.

Enchanted Kingdom is also a choice venue for (1) personal milestones, such
as birthdays, weddings, and debuts; (2) corporate events, namely, conferences,
company anniversaries, awarding ceremonies, product launches, and EK
Magicalympics team building; and (3) school events, such as commencement
exercises, Junior-Senior prom, and sports events.

Enchanted Kingdom can cater to in-park group reservations from 10,000 to

25,000 guests in various themed environments in the Park’s seven zones or in its
enchanting events venues: Eldar’s Theater (600-seater), Boardwalk Party Place
(300-seater), and Enchanting Events Place (2,000-seater).

Enchanted Kingdom boasts of “themed entertainment” in each zone. It also

has a variety of musical shows throughout the season using in-house and TV
network partner talents. Entertainment and special events are usually held at any of
the aforementioned venues.

Eldar the wizard is the beloved character of Enchanted Kingdom. He is a jolly,

old wizard in the faraway land of Marsynthea. Nobody knows his age or where he
came from, but for many, many years and generations thereof, Eldar took great care
of this land, nurturing all the plants and animals. He teaches children to uphold
virtues of kindness, humility, patience, honesty, diligence, generosity, and love of
God and family. His dream is to share joy, love, and magic with everyone.
 Services Offered of Enchanted Kingdom

Enchanted Kingdom offered guest services such as:

 Parking
Enchanted Kingdom offer a convenient parking
area for the guests. A minimal fee is charged per entry
and is valid for the duration. Parking attendants are on
hand to assist.
 ATM
They have a 24-hour self-service Automated
Teller Machines (ATMs) available at the Park. Banks
such as Security Bank, RCBC, BPI and UCPB are
available at the park. Its location is at Front Gate
near Group Sales Office.
 Lockers
Conveniently store your belongings during your visit.
They have lockers available for different rates depending
on the locker size and subject to availability. Lockers are
located inside the theme park.
 Strollers
Guests are welcome to bring their own four-wheeled strollers but
we also have several units available for rent. The stroller type is
Infant, Single or Double Stroller.
 Mobile Charging

When a guest’s phone battery running low, charging stations are available in
selected areas around the park. Charging stations are located at Victoria
Park, The Bandstand and Amazon Grill/Launch Time inside the theme
park.

 Security

Uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the Park and are

ready to assist as needed.

 Lost and Found

 Guests who may have lost belongings may report it to our Lost
and Found booth. It is located at the Brooklyn Place.

 Haystack Dryer

Enchanted Kingdom offer a unique, fun, state of the art, full

body drying solution. Designed for drying up to five guests at one
time for a minimal fee. Its location is at Portabello.

 Wheel Chairs

Guests may bring and use their own wheelchairs. A limited

number of wheelchairs are available free of charge. The location that they can get a
wheel chair is at Magical Guest Relations Office (MGRO).

 First Aid

Enchanted Kingdom have a clinic with a group of health

specialists available to assist you with any health-related concerns.
You may also approach our health personnel who are roaming around the park. Its
locations are at Midway Boardwalk.

 Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout the park for the

convenience of guests. Diaper changing areas are located in the
Ladies restrooms as well. Location: Courtyard, Victoria Park, Midway Boardwalk,
Brooklyn Place and Jungle Outpost.

 Credit Cards

They accept all major credit cards. Payments through credit

cards are accepted for Park admission tickets as well as merchandise and food
purchases.

 Breastfeeding Area

They offer a safe and convenient facility for nursing moms and their
infants that is fully air-conditioned with rocking chairs and available baby
products for purchase. Location: Kindermagic at Midway Boardwalk.
  Baby Care

They also provide a magical area for your little ones, ages
8 and below. A fun and learning facility that provides edutainment
as well as a world-class amenity for diaper changing and nursing.
Location: Kindermagic at Midway Boardwalk.

 Drinking Fountain

Stay hydrated as you enjoy a day at Enchanted Kingdom! Water

fountains are conveniently available parkwide. Location: Victoria Park,
Jungle Outpost, Midway Boardwalk and Brooklyn Place.

any concern or inquiries during your visit.

 Delight in your all-time favorites and meals that the whole family will surely
enjoy! From Filipino staples to International entrees, you can choose from a wide
variety of meals such as flavorful Roasted
Chicken, sizzling sisig, perfectly grilled pork
barbecue or juicy baby back ribs. End your meal
on a good note with our choice desserts, from Halo-halo to slices of our special Ice

 Magnolia Ice Cream Flavor Shop

Once you enter Magnolia's Ice Cream house, you'll be transported back to the
90s! Recall your childhood memories and create
new ones with a cold treat in hand! Try out our "23
scoops of magic", a special ice cream treats big
enough to share with family and friends! Oh, and don't miss having your picture
taken in their life-size ice cream tub just outside the shop. Location: Brooklyn Place
 Digger’s Treat

Sit back and enjoy a good meal while being entertained by EK’s Circle of
Artists. Take your pick from our many set meals
ranging from Chicken Ala Cave Rice meals or
go with burger choices with a side of fries. Also,
perfect if you’re craving for dishes that’ll make
you say “delicioso”? Try out our Burritos, Nachos, Cheesy Chimichanggas and other

Enchanted Kingdom’s grandest concept store, Pugad,

showcases unique finds from across the country in
 partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
Go Lokal campaign. Take home intricately woven bags and
fabrics, skillfully carved wood products or even sample some
local delicacies as you join us in promoting proudly Pinoy
products. Pugad is located at Agila the EKsperience.
