Introduction:
Snippet lang ng intro ng cells at work, yung part na pinapakita yung human body system tapos from macro biglang
magiging micro. Then Background ng isang building and a sunny day.

O2s(Oxygens): Good morning, Sir! (bow to show respect*) (bale pila-pila ang mga O2s diyan and sunod-sunod sila mag-

Security guard: Good morning! (smiles at them*)

FREEZE/VOICE OVER: Air comes from the body through the nose. Hairs in the nose clean the air of foreign particles. As
air moves through the nasal passages, it is warmed and humidified before entering the lungs.

• SCENE 1

RBC 1: (sighs then removes the beads of sweat on her forehead*) I’m so tired and still can’t find the way into the heart!

FREEZE/VOICE OVER: Red blood cells transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues. They also return carbon dioxide to
your lungs. Almost half of your blood is made up of red blood cells.

RBC 2: (He will see the struggling fellow red blood cell and approach her*) Do you need help my friend?

RBC 1: (relieved tone) Oh, thank you! I’m actually heading to the heart to deliver these deoxygenated bloods but I always
got lost. (embarrassed)

RBC 2: I’m also heading that way; we can go there together if you want.

RBC 1: Sure, thank you!

direction nila.

Sasakay sila ng elevator pataas (inferior vena cava) para marating yung right atrium. Makikita nila si heart busy sa paper
works at monitor ng computer.

FREEZE/VOICE OVER: Heart is a muscle that circulates blood throughout your body. Your heart's pumped blood supplies
your body with the oxygen and nourishment it requires to function.

RBC 1 and 2: Good morning, Ms. Heart! (bow to show respect*)

Heart: Good morning, deoxygenated blood, right?

RBC 1: Yes Ma’am!

Heart: (looks at the monitor*) hmmmm…. Okay, go there (directs them on the way to the right ventricle where a guard is
standing*)

Kapag tinuro ni Heart yung way, i-insert mo si guard na may background na pinto or gate basta ikaw bahala, basta
magmumukha siyang bantay.

Tricuspid valve: (After inspection, the guard will direct them to the elevator) that’s the way to the pulmonary artery.

Elevator na may nakasulat Pulmonary Artery.

FREEZE/VOICE OVER: Pulmonary arteries are blood vessels that transport deoxygenated blood from the right side of the
heart to the lungs.

RBC 1 and RBC 2: Thank you, Sir! (bow to show respect*)

RBC 1: Thank you for helping me!

RBC 2: You’re welcome, goodbye. (waives his hand*)

• SCENE 2
VOICE OVER: (parang sa SM yung voice) WELCOME TO THE LUNGS! (Deep inhale and deep exhale) The lungs and
respiratory system allow us to breathe. They bring oxygen into our bodies (called inspiration, or inhalation) and send
carbon dioxide out (called expiration, or exhalation) This exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide is called respiration.

(Ipapakita yung lungs habang may voice over, may bgm din na lively yung tunog along it.)

Marami siyang pintong makikita at bawat pinto
may number.
Malawak yung room at may bintana roon.

RBC 1: Good morning, Mr. Alveolus!

Alveolus: Good morning, man!

(Subtitle, “Alveoli (singular: alveolus) are tiny air sacs in your lungs where the lungs and the blood exchange oxygen and
carbon dioxide during the process of respiration”.)

Magpapasalamat sina RBC 1
at Alveolus sa isa't isa.

FREEZE/VOICE OVER: “The CO2 and O2 diffuse across the cell membrane of alveolus, this is how the exchange of gases
happens. The deoxygenated blood carried by the red blood cell became oxygenated blood as the concentration of
oxygen is higher than carbon dioxide”)

• SCENE 3

(exhalation/expiration). May real human ngayon na ipapakita yung exhalation.

Human: (exhales*)

(subtitle along the act, “The received CO2 is exhaled by the lungs as a byproduct of respiration”)

• Scene 4
Human: (Inhales the O2*)

O2s(Oxygens): Good morning, Sir! (bow to show respect*) (bale pila-pila ang mga 02s diyan and sunod-sunod sila mag-

Security guard: Good morning! (smiles at them*)

Along it mag-pla-play rin yung voice over.

VOICE OVER: Thanks to the hardworking cells and different systems of the body working together, especially the
circulatory and respiratory system. Because of them we are able to obtain oxygen to be used by other organs to perform
their function and discharge wastes not needed by the body, the carbon dioxide.
