What’s In?

1. clothing, fashion, games, netflix, tiktok and blockbuster movies

2.  Assessing prior knowledge can enable both the instructor and the student to allocate
their time and energies in ways that will be most productive.
What’s New?

1. Nature is good for us – surely nobody has missed that fact. These days, both
scientists and policymakers agree about the importance of offering everyone
access to green spaces, regardless of social background. That’s because easy
access to nature encourages physical activity, which in turn has positive health
effects. For instance, English populations with the most green space in their
surroundings also have the lowest levels of mortality. The simple fact is that
people tend to be healthier and live longer when they have easy access to nature.
2. The proverb 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' has its literal meaning. It
means the person who sees things evaluate the beauty of those things on the
standard of his own mental aesthetics. In other words, beauty is highly subjective,
and for every person
3. The answer is simple, to be perceived as attractive or beautiful in the eyes of
one's self or others. The standard of beauty is essentially a variable standard of
what it means to be attractive that is contingent on the feminine beauty ideals
that are present in a given culture. But beauty is just an illusion. It is not
something that is truly real. The standards by which we judge somebody as
“beautiful” is all made up. Beauty is a social construct, and it typically goes like
this: Have a perfectly symmetrical face.
What’s more?

Trend is defined as Fad is “a style,

way that people are
behaving.”

2. Fads and trends are perceptible changes in behaviors that can be seen or
felt among a large section of the population with the behavior being followed
with enthusiasm for some time. The difference is that trends have a much
longer life span than fads. Trends can be in style for many years. They rise in
popularity slowly. Fads come and go quickly. They are short lived.

What I have learned?

1. Trends have a much longer lifespan than fads. In fact, they can continue to be
fashionable for years and even decades.
2. an intense and widely shared enthusiasm for something, especially one that is short-
lived and without basis in the object's qualities

3. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a trend is defined as “a general

development or change in a situation or in the way that people are behaving.” On
the other hand, a fad is “a style, activity, or interest that is very popular for a short
period of time.”

Additional Activities
-We can always encourage fads and trends because humans are the fickle creatures which find
certain level of tedium in the overall consistency, even though if they works properly. That's why
we have many failed PCs as well as lots of mac OS trends which sucked only for there to be
fully changed.
