Method of Statement for making Storage House in site

This method of Statement contains following objectives:

1. Scope

2. Resources.

3. Sequences order of Works.

1. Scope:
The Scope of this Works is to complete the making of a new store house in this Construction Site.
This Propose of Method of Statement is to outline the processes required for making a store
house.

This Outline will then form the basis for the implementation of the works, including the materials
Equipment and staff required to complete mentioned task.

2. Resources:
 Loader Vehicle.
 Concrete Pump.
 Standard Grade Concrete.
 Props.
 GI Sheet.
 ARC Welding Machine.
 J Hook
 Nut -Bolts.
 Armored cable.

3. Sequences of Woks:

3.01: Location of Storage House:

 Arrive on site; liaise with the client / client representative;

 Waste material will be removed from the work area.
 Based on Approved Place by the Client; barricade the area by the Danger Tape.
 According to duration of project and availability of materials length and width of the storage
house not less than 8mt .
  Location of Storage area will be approved as per client Logistic Plan.

3.02: Floor Leveling of Storage House:

 Use Loader Vehicle for maintaining floor level of storage house.
 Loader Vehicle should be present in well mechanical condition with approved by Safety
Professional/MEP department of Client.
 Specific area should be barricade by danger tape while Loader vehicle in movement position for
preventing unexpected incident.
 Provide access for both Entry and Exist way as per approved Logistic Plan.

3.03: Concrete pouring for approved storage area:

 Need to casting permission from client through permit paper.

 Concrete pouring shall be placed evenly in layers.
 During concrete pouring time work men should be wear Safety Goggles, Gun Boots and rubber
hand gloves for safety propose.
 Concrete pump and its pipes should be inspected by safety professional .

3.04: Erection of wall and Roof by props and GI sheet:

 Numbers of CT Props and GI sheet required as per area of Storage House.
 CT props and GI sheet should be visually and mechanically in good Condition.
 GI sheet should be binding with pipes by Nut bolt and approved J hooks.
 GI sheet and Props should be attached by welding works.
 Welding works should be going under by competent person for preventing fire hazard.

3.05: Electric Power Supply to Storage House:

 Armored cable should be using for power supply propose.
 Three core phase wire with putlog using for power appliance.
 Cable wire should not rooting on floor. It should be rooting by proper hooking with cable tie on
shoulder height.
