Specific Objective:

At the end of the first project cycle, the proponent shall be able to:

1. Purchase an electrical slicer

2. Perform the recommended technology in food safety regulations
3. Utilize and purchase the harvest of farmers with regards to the needed raw materials and be
bought at a fair price
4. Raise more employment during this pandemic
5. Maintain a recording system for the project;
6. Conduct marketing to local market and connect to local buyers through e-trading;
7. Supply the market with good tasting and healthy vegetable crisps
7. Augment family income by 20%.
