We under the guidance of our project director started with

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA


Name: GES Dholanwal band road lahore.
The school is located in sub-urban area, near yateem khana Market
multan road Lahore. The area name is Dholanwal. The building of
school is large enough to accommodate about 1500 students. There are
20 rooms. The structure of building is good but lack some physical
resources like furniture, computer labs, fans bulbs etc. The total number
of students are about 800.
People in area belong to lower-middle class families with low income.
Parents of students are usually workers, labor’s or doing low-wages
jobs. Usually people live in congested or rented house. Moreover
furniture market is near to school and many parents work as labor in
furniture market.
Due to Covid-19 many people lost their jobs and overall earning level is
very low. Both parents are working to meet their expenses. They
usually live from hand to mouth. To meet their expanses. The students
work part time in Yateem khana market.
Issues:
People usually live from hand to mouth. They are unable to meet the
educational expanses like uniform sweater etc for their kids. After
analyzing the condition the team of AFTAB decided to distribute a
gift pack containing sweaters Geometry boxs with stationary items to
fulfill their basic educational needs

peoples that our foundation is working for the betterment of their

The banners will write in Urdu language because the residents of the
community are not familiar to English language. Banners will be in
standard size 2 meters length and approximately Rs. 120 per banner.
We will design 3 banners and their total cost will be Rs. 360. Name and
logo of the foundation, slogan will be written on banners. A short
introduction of foundation and the school name where we execute our
project will also write down on the banners in Urdu. And a contact
number of foundation also mention on banners.

Caps

Caps will also design for the purpose of identification of our team
because at the time of execution of project team will wear them. Caps
will in the official color of foundation, name and logo will print on
them. Per cap cost is Rs. 80 and per t-shirt cost is Rs. 400.

different size that is difficult because the shop keeper doesn't
provide bundles of our required sizes.

4-The main issue about this project is we find it difficult to


make documentary video because there is

We are very happy to complete this project because the target audience
are very satisfy of our work and we are happy to help those student they
are needy and they are allegiance of study

CONCLUSION

After complete this project we are learn a lot of thing and learn a lot of
experience. First of all we learn that if we start of any work first we
have make a plan how we complete this work. We are meet lot of
people in the society related our project some are relate to marketing
some are related to Finance. The main purpose of our project is that
how we are improve our society the project is based on that children
they are no resources to buy a jacket, shoes in winter so we are buy
these things. For this purpose we are select the Iqbal town. In this town

All the student are work very hard to complete this project at the end we
