- Tourism is not seasonal in nature what is seasonal is the products that you
have. The products and service that you have will dictate how you will move
business forward. In terms of the pricing, the formulation is somewhat the
same. Hotels and Airlines has a different ways of promoting their products,
they both already have algorithm but it is differ from promotion. You can have
early payment discounts and last-minute payment discounts for promotion, a
pre-selling. Airlines, they have economy and business class. They know the
profile of the profiles of business class travelers and economy class travelers
that’s why they packages and promos for each. For hotels, depending how
much net rates they give to agents they also have direct consumer
promotions.
- This period has become increasingly high-tech and inventive, yet it has lost
sight of the personal touch. Through online advertising, blog presences,
promotion, and social media exchanges, the internet allow our business to
sell itself more effectively. By successfully utilizing online tools, we were able
to reduce our budgets while increasing revenue. It has increased our visibility
to a large number of lonely individuals who may never have heard of our
programs, never investigated the art form, or who face financial constraints to
membership. Because the internet has freed individuals from having to plan
for most event attendance long in advance, last-minute ticket purchases and
the move away from traditional subscription packages are likely to continue.
D. Digitization.
- Digitization can be more known in terms of the consumer but also we have
corporate. Hotel’s receiver and online bookings, having these codes that
allows us to do our online corporate online bookings as well. We must always
be clear on the terminologies that we use because if not we are cannot work
on our resilience faster.
