Pengalaman Bekerja Marketing Follow-up

PT IDAMAN ERA MANDIRI | October 2019 – July 2020

As a follow up marketing staff, my job was mostly to interact with


customers and make sure their needs were met. I received their
purchase orders, processed them, and monitored their production
process to make sure that the process ran smoothly, and the goods
could be delivered as expected by the customers. I also handled
customers complaints, if there were any, and I coordinated the
problems with other departments. Working in the company helped me
develop the skills to thrive in a working environment both in team and
independently.

Sales Marketing and Business Development

PT HASIL DAMAI TEXTILE | September 2020 – Now

As a marketing staff, I deal with customers directly. I handle incoming


orders for both local and export, prepare all necessary documents,
oversee the production process and ensure goods can be delivered on
time. I also visit customers regularly, both loyal customers and
prospective customers in order to maintain business partnership and
extend our market segmentation. As a business development staff, I
am responsible for developing the market by looking for market
segments with different product applications.
