    Distribution of Learning Resources

    To ensure the safety of both teachers and learners, the Sumader Elementary
    School made a strategy/ies in distribution of learning resources.
    In delivering and retrieving learning resources, the following are observed:
    1. Specific schedules for parents and teachers to follow.
    - It has been agreed upon by all teachers and parents that every Monday of
    the week is the distribution and retrieval of the learners Self-Learning
    Modules.
    2. Established health and safety protocols for both teachers and parents.
    - Follow social distancing
    - Before entering the School, teachers and parents must use face mask and
    face shield for protection
    - Parents fills up the Health Declaration Form
    - Parents should sign-in for the attendance log, checked his/her temperature
    and have his/her hands be disinfected using alcohol
    3. In the case of a learner who have not finished a particular SLM., he/she be given
    a day or two to be able to pass the module.
    -If in case the learner is quarantined, his/her modules may pass after he/she and
    family be declared safe to go out from their home and the modules will be
    disinfected first in their home and before handling out to the teacher.
    4. Distribution and Retrieval Forms are checked by teachers and signed by parents.
