Please answer the following questions:

1. Why is it easy for some people to convince others to follow them?

Answer: We can say in a more formal way that in a specific group of people
or organizations those who has the motive to convince other people are what
we called the leaders as well as those who are convinced are the followers.
This kind of system or relationship that exist within people mostly in our
society can be explain in such way why followers are easily convinced of what
we so called the leader or why it is easy for some people to convince others.
There are many situation that it can be seen for example in an organization
there is a leader who then are followed by his followers, or a leader who
convinced other to be his followers, it is because these leaders have the
capability and the character to lead and take responsibility which some people
are afraid of so they just want to go with the flow and choose to be a followers.
In some group, people can easily convince other because they are known to
be trustworthy and reliable which then other people, naturally tend to seek
and look for this kind of character. On the other hand, it can be also explained
that in a system of society people with the same motive flocks together, it
means that if there is a person who has motive to be a gang leader and there
are also persons who wants to be a gang member the gang leader can easily
convince those people because they have the same will. Also, if there are good
people who is an advocate of human rights and there are people who wants
changes in the society when it came to their rights, since they share the
common goal then it was very easy for this people who is an advocate to
convince and form his group who will fight for their rights. In a business
matter, salesperson or advertiser easily convince their customers to buy their
products because they are good in communication skills as well as they can
present their product nicely that some people are get caught and are amazed.
Moreover, in what we so called “Politics” there are people who are celled a
politician and they tend to easily convince people because they have the
capability to rule, make good decision and govern the nation for the benefit of
all the citizen, as well as they can make policy and guidelines that are
acceptable and can make a big impact on the society when it comes to the
improvement of peace and order.
 2. Why is it easy for some people to get convinced?
Answer: People who are easily convinced have the fear of taking responsibility,
are afraid of expressing their selves and they believe that their knowledge and
capabilities are not that good as other people who can rule and take the lead.
Some people who are also easy to convince are those people who are
dependent and always rely on the other persons, because they think that they
don’t have the idea and knowledge that it takes to be a leader. In a positive
way, people tend to follow and convinced by other because they believe that
by having a relationship with those people or leaders, they can grow and
improve their knowledge which is a motivation and inspiration for them to
have a good direction and for them to be able to see a good, bright, and better
future. They also believe that they are ignorant of some knowledge and that
by having to get along with people who are wise can make their thought
improve as times goes by. Moreover, as what I have already said common
will, goal, and interest is what makes person to be convinced by other.
Example is that if I want to become a gang member so I will be easily
convinced when a Gang leader approaches me because we share the same
