Processing Questions:

1. In this activity, I am happy because I am able to show my emotional reaction about the aspect
of my personality and the people around me. This activity helps me to share my emotional
reactions and observing myself which I haven’t done in a very long time.

2. For me, act out your emotional reactions is difficult because you need to imagine all of the
scenarios and aspect of my personality only in the mirror. It makes more difficult when all of the
experiences you have with that person or people is reimbursing in your mind whether it is bad or
good.

3. Yes, I am able to show my emotional reactions in the mirror in the hardest way. I always think
and reimbursing the memories we shared so that I can show my true feelings in that scenario,
person or people, and in myself.
4. All of us have strength and weaknesses. However, in this activity, I noticed that my strength is
the people around me that always supported me, always take care of me, and trust me. At the
same time, they are also my weaknesses. I am strong on the outside but soft in the inside.

1. This activity is extremely hard for me because you need to think and feel of what your goals in
life that may happen in the future. However, this activity helps me to identify my personal goals
and how to achieve them. It helps me to identify my behavior that I want to stop, minimize,
continue, improve, and start.

2. Personal goal is something that cannot take away from us. This activity is extremely helpful
