The time constraint refers to the amount of time available to complete a project.
The cost constraint refers to the budgeted amount available for the project. The
quality of work is constrained by the project's budget, deadlines and scope
(features).
QUALITY

First and foremost of the three constraints is Quality of

our Ecoopi bottle.
1. Ecoopi is ecofrienly bottle , as compare to plastic bottle it
is very hygienic. Plastic bottle is harmful for health as well
as for environment.
2. Our bottle is user friendly which is easy to handle because
of its unique features and material.
3. Because of this features our customers will product will

4. So that customer themself becomes brand advocate which
motivates us to make new versions of bottles with

Second of the three constraints is Cost of our Ecoopi

bottle.
1. As compared to other biodegradable or ecofriendly bottle,
Ecoopi bottle is very much lower in cost and afordable for
common people.
2. 1 rs less startegy: This creates a psychological impression Ecoopi bottle

in the mind of the buyer that the product is of less price as Cutomer price: 69/-
Wholesale price:59/-
it makes the price look lesser. We are selling our product
in 69 Rs rather than 70 Rs.
3. Giving 25 % Discount to wholwsellers above 10 sets (6
bottles per set) as well as free jute bag on 1 set for
customer which creates impression of less cost price of
Customer’s profit
product and more profit for customer.
TIME
Time is mostly concerned with timelines and meeting time based delivery of
the product or its features.
To save time planning is a very important factor, the better the planning the
more organized and flawless the project
gets.
1. It is important to confirm the source of the materials which are going to be used in the
product. And see if their supply is sufficient and of good quality , so that the materials are
always available for production.
2. We will track the state where more plastic bottles are used so that we can produce
bottles accordingly for them within time.
3. Production will occurs everday on dailyy basis, but in summer we increase the
production as more people buy bottles in summer as well as in june because of schools
openings when so many students buy many things for schools.
4. As our main constraint is quality , we might need more time for better production of
bottles.
