Benefit of Laughter

The physical expression of pleasant emotions among peoples is known laughter. Laughter

is shown by what a person feels, sees or hears. Human being eventually bursts in Laughter when

he or she is attempting to express friendly inner feelings. It is a contagious than a sneeze or a

cough. Laughter is able to unite human being and raise intimacy & happiness when it is shared.

It is one of the world best feelings and brings so much of cheer to life. It really is one of the best

medicines globally. Moreover, Laughter completely alters with the moods and atmosphere of the

surrounding where it is just a slight giggle or a smile. Also, it makes people feel good and

everyone around, he or she is feeling positive vibes. The main reason for this paper is to discuss

how important Laughter is to people globally.

Laughter Is Health Benefit: There are the various emotional and physical benefit of

Laughter. It enhances the entire body relaxation. A healthy laughter helps in relaxing people's

muscles by relieving physical tension and stress. It also facilities the release of endorphins. The

body's feel-good chemicals are known as endorphins that assist to reduce pain and promote

overall sense wellbeing. The more critical thing the Laughter impose on human health is

enhancing the immune system. It is the best boost of an immune system in facilitating the

eradication of stress hormones and raising the release of immune cells and infection-fighting

antibodies. Laughter also serves to protect human heart. A burst of excellent healthy laughter

helps in facilitating the better flow of blood in the vessels, thus helping in averting cases of heart

failure or heart attack and other related cardiovascular challenges. It leads to generation of a

good feeling that will remains locked in human beings even Laughter ends. Laughter helps in

maintaining an optimistic look even in the instances of loss and disappointment (Kalaivani and

Rajkumar, pg. 264). Laughter gives a person the courage in finding helps in the cases of life

disappointments and loss thus helping her or him to progress forward. Laughter can go long in

raising the hopes and spirits of other human beings who are undergoing under disappointing time

in their lives since Laughter is contagious. All of this help in maintaining good health in human

beings

Laughter as A Mental Benefit: It is the best medicine that helps in eradicating stress.

One of the worst enemy of people mental health is stress. A burst of excellent healthy laughter

helps in reducing emotional and sadness disappointments which in turn lowers stress (Lelièvre et

al, pg. 40). Laughter & humor shifts perspectives enabling humans to avoid feeling overwhelmed

thus promoting their mental health.

Laughter Help in Reducing Blood Pressure: Laughter is one of the best and simplest

medicine in reducing blood pressure. Besides, there are no side effects of Laughter. There are

only positive impacts of one' wellbeing through Laughter (Hughes, pg. 146). Thus, becoming

essential to have an everyday dose of Laughter which help to control blood pressure.

In conclusion, when people laugh, they can benefit from it in various reasons as discussed

above. People are encouraged worldwide to be having a dose of Laughter in daily life that will

help them to overcome some challenges that may be experiencing.
