- Technology serves a variety of purposes and means different things to different people. In today’s
world technology can be found at every corner. From the local convenience store to your local deli
shop, technology makes the world function more efficiently. While some are reluctant to embrace new
technological advancement, most of us have some form of technology in our household
- Technology fuels most of the educational system testing. Now with computer and iPads in just about
every classroom, technology has advance the testing options available to most school system.
- Whether in business or personal life, technology has improved communication.
- Technology can make family or business feel safer. There are many security devices and software
available to secure financial data, protect your home when you are away and much more.

- Each year technology improves. More and more devices are made to help people complete their
everyday tasks. As technology improves, other areas, such as the arts are impacted.
- Technology has impacted the arts greatly. It has opened up so many opportunities for artist and
has expanded the number of techniques artists are able to access.
- Artists give their opinion on how technology has changed the arts, and how they have rely on
technology.

 WHAT TO PROCESS
- CREATING MOBILE PHONE ART
1. Depending on the devices available to you, you may either;
a. Capture an image using your cellphone camera
2. Save your captured image or finished illustration in preparation for transforming it into an
example of cellular phone art or computer- generated art.
3. Using, any of the applications installed in your available devices, experiment with different
effects and features to modify your saved images or illustration. You may try some of the
following effects, as well as others offered by the applications you are using:

f. adjust brightness
g. adjust sharpness
h. change colors

arts have not been spared. In fact, for the younger generations, art as you know it is defined by
technology- form its creation, to its manipulation, to its reproduction, and even to its distribution.
