Please work on revison of the segments assigned by following these instructions:

1) Approve with Ctr+Enter if:

* A sentence reads well and conveys the meaning of the source

* It is grammatically correct

* And it has no spelling errors

* If there are only small quality issues please correct them before approving the segment

2) Reject (using the reject option. It will appear at the right side of each TU when you activate a
TU) if:

* The segment does not make sense and the meaning is not conveyed

* It is full of grammar and/or spelling errors

TUs without actions (reject, accept, correct+accept) will not be paid

- The three main domains are "marketing", "e-mailing" and "social media". Keep it in mind
when assessing the TUs.

-If the source does not make sense or it contains errors, please REJECT the TU.

-DO NOT REJECT the TU if only a spelling or grammar error is present, but please change the
target if it takes just a few seconds. For the segments needing too many corrections, they
should be marked as rejected right away. You should be able to spend just a few seconds to
read the sentence and determine if it needs too many changes (REJECT), or if it can be directly
accepted or amended quickly (Ctrl+Enter). In case of having doubts, just reject the segment.

-If there are any repeated TUs, do not worry, we will block them.

- The hourglass means that some segments were blocked, you don't have to do anything with
it.

- Regarding the text including hashtags, we usually localize them if they refer to generic terms
like #developer, #illustrator, #student, etc. However, it is better to keep them in the source
language when they refer to brands, proper names, company names, slogans, etc. In order to
keep the essence of the hashtag, what is to keep track of the comments related to these
subjects.

- For the Asian and Cyrillic languages: Please do NOT transliterate personal names or
companies’ names, etc. They can stay in English.

-If the source does not have the full stop and in the target is required, please put the full stops
in the target where it is necessary.

- DO NOT USE THE TRANSCODES, only REJECT option. Do not use this:

Please bear in mind that only confirmed TU's will be paid (accepted, rejected or post-edited). If
a TU has nothing, neither accepted or rejected or post-edited, it will not be paid.

As explained from the beginning, the provided PO has no price yet. The reason is that we will
calculate the total to be paid according to the TUs you have accepted, rejected or post-
edited. Remember that each status has a different price.

Please note that it is obligatory to follow the instructions and deliver by the deadline.

If the instructions are not followed and the assignment is not finished on time, we will apply
some financial penalties on the PO (corresponding to the cost of rework). In case of corrections
being necessary, we need the updates the same day, within 4 hours from the reported
discrepancies. Please note that this project is strictly confidential -distribution of any
information about content, platform is strictly prohibited. Upon accepting this PO you agree to
the confidentiality clause also signed upon starting cooperation with our company. Please
make sure to confirm safe receipt of the PO and full accessibility to the platform as soon as
possible.
