Dear Sir,
With due respect, I would like to apply for the post of Provincial Field Monitor. As i went
through the criteria and job descriptions. I felt that I can easily meet the requirements for the
mentioned job.
I have experience in both teaching and training like delivering of lectures and seminar,
designing, preparing and developing teaching materials from updates sources, planning,
developing and implementing educational strategies, managing learning and teaching operations
and activities, reviewing and implementing the given curriculum, monitoring the assessment
report of students’ report, designing and development of training material, arrangement of
training by keeping in view the time, cost and budget of the training, reporting the output of
trainings with top level management etc. As currently I am working as a lecturer in Khana Noor
University, in Kabul, worked in (WASSA) "Women & Social service Association" as a HR
Supervisor & Pamir Star Matrix Constructive Company. Along with teaching I am involved in
practical training curriculum development and training delivery with various consultancy as on
assignment base which assist me gaining the practical experience to share with my students as
well.
I have MBA degree from Bangalore University India. Beside this I have completed My BBA
Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Osmania University India as well, which
broadens my sense of analytical thinking and democratic vision. Moreover, I am proactive,
flexible and can resolve issues needing quick and reliable solution. I am sure that I will be an
asset for (Provincial Field Monitor) and will meet the goals and objective of your prestigious
