Hydroquinone and Tretinoin that are not allowed to be part of a cosmetic product as per Annex II
Part 1 of the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. That problem doesn’t stop Ms. Glenda in pursuing her
dream and continue what she started, she show everyone that she did the right thing before
running her business, she shows everyone how strong, dedicated and confident she was that she
legally registered her business first and make sure that it is approved by the FDA and that she
never break the law. As a testimony, she will not become famous and be successful if her
product was not that effective and alarming that is dangerous for everyone. Ms. Glenda take this
as a challenged and also learning experience that even on her struggles all we need that is to
become strong and fight for our rights, as long as we do the right thing.

government agencies that gives chance to the company to run their business and allow their
company to run legally and be registered. Since we have the process that is needed to follow
before opening and running up a business, government agencies are in-charged with it that is
why government is part of the company success because they are the one that overseeing and
observing the business first before allowing to operate. Government agencies like Local
Government Units (LGU), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Health (DOH),
and ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, has something to do and become part of the success of the
Brilliant Company because they are the one who has powers to approved and let the business like
Brilliant Company to legally operate, they will do observation, strict overseeing and study about
the product and its contain ingredients if it will harm many people or not. Through the help of
government agencies people like Ms. Glenda and the whole company of Brilliant will ensure that
they are safe and do legal process that they can show to everyone, the documents that will proved
that they are legal and a company that you can trust.
