I am 43 years of age with over 24 years overall working experience. Middle East (UAE, Oman & Kuwait) 17
years and in India for 7 years. Currently I am working in WOOD Group (AMEC FOSTER WHEELER)
jointly operated by DRPIC (OQ8) in Duqm Refinery Project as Senior Construction Engineer - (Civil,
Building & Structure). Currently I am working in WOOD Group (AMEC FOSTER WHEELER) jointly
operated by OQ8 (Orpic) in Duqm Refinery Project as Senior Construction Engineer - (Civil, Building &
Structure).

I have a strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with extensive job background and experiences in
the management, administration, and implementation of the Construction Management System, Permit to
Work System and various construction fields particularly in oil & gas and confident that I can effectively and

4.1 Senior Construction Engineer – Wood Group (Amec Foster Wheeler)

1. Project: Duqm Refinery Project


Role: Senior Construction Engineer (Civil, Building & Structure)
Owner: DRPIC (Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries Company)
Project Value: US$ 4.61 Billion

Main Responsibilities/Job Function


 Maintain a good working relationship with the clients and EPC - contractors engineering
representatives
 Responsible for site engineering activities and providing technical assistance to the
construction supervision team
 Primary contact with the project office to insure site is in receipt of latest drawing,
specifications and information
 Assist in the resolution of technical queries arising on site
 Supervises vendor representatives site unite for check out / pre-commissioning of
equipment and any other special testing or maintenance requirements
 Fully familiar with the drawings, specifications and engineering procedures of the project

 Execute and Monitor the construction as per KOC Standards, Specification, HSE Rules
and Regulations, approved drawings & Schedule.
 Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports preparation and submit to project control management
dept. through Dept. Head.
 Preparation of WMS (Work Method & Statement) & RAM (Request for Approval of
