INTODUCTION
We can perform best in our life when we know our Talent. Everyone is born with a unique talent
but our duty is to find that talent. Future Talent Hunt is a plate form for the students to know
their Talent. Future Talent Hunt is a collection of interested and talented students from different
institutions of Multan. Future Talent Hunt, work independently under the supervision of
Muhammad Naeem Jutt, Founder of Future Talent Hunt. All the selected members belong to
multiple institutions means enrolled students. Future Talent Hunt, work for the practical based
knowledge to discover the talent of the students.

AIMs AND OBJECTIVES

We offer an opportunity to all the students in order to discover their talent and develop practical
skills to cultivate that talent. We, Future Talent Hunt offer different seminars and workshop
related to the talent of the student. We provide practical based knowledge by arranging workshop
of the expert people in their fields. We provide all the essential skills related to self grooming
and self confidence and polish the in-built talent of students required for good employability in
every field at the era of 21st century.

Beside these our aims is to motivate the students how to work as team, how to make an effective
communication skills, how to invoke presentation in an effective way, leadership quality, Team
building, group tasking, interview skills, creativity, personality development ,entrepreneurial
skills ,employability skills, stage fair, ethical and moral values just to pay back society in a
positive way.

Future Talent Hunt offers the following core areas of Talent.

 Poetry  Photography
We will guide and promote the talent of the students in above mentioned areas on different plate
forms at national and international level.
Rules and Regulation
Future Talent Hunt is an independent society work for the betterment of the students. Therefore
it shouldn’t be used for any political or personal purpose. Multan.

The below rules and regulations should be followed by each and every member to be the part of
Future Talent Hunt.

 Every member should be loyal to Pakistan.

 Every member must obey the rules and regulations of Future Talent Hunt.
 Every member has to show respect to elder and other members.
 Every member should manage time for the activities of the Future Talent Hunt.
 Any time every member should be active for each and every activity.
 Gender biasness isn’t allowed.
 In case of misbehave with any of the member of Future Talent Hunt penalty and fine will
be paid.
 Every member should be co operative and act upon the decisions.
 1 year agreement will be signed to become the part of the Future Talent Hunt.
 There should be mutual understanding between all the members of the Future Talent
Hunt.
 Future Talent Hunt is an independent society therefore no political organization should be
involved in the Future Talent Hunt internal activities or issues.
 In any issues against Future Talent Hunt, we should be with one another.
 On the basis of the circumstances and by considering the working quality and quantity of
the member amendments can be made and consequences will be prepared after every
meeting i.e meeting minutes for the proper and upright apocalypse of data.
 The discussion in the meeting would be confidential. No member is allowed to discuss it
throughout his/her social circle.
 Inform about your absence in meeting or seminar etc. before 24 hours of the respective
time and in case of emergency inform it before 30 minutes at least to Information
secretary.
 Punctuality, Attitude and Aptitude would be calculated of every member of Future Talent
Hunt.
 Members of their absence in more than two meetings or seminar etc. will be responsible
of their ejection from Future Talent Hunt.
