SP ORDINANCE NO. 4658-2015, AN ORDINANCE PARTIALLY CLOSING TO ALL TYPES OF VEHICLE THE PORTION OF THE ROAD ALONG G. FLORES AVENUE EVERY SUNDAY FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 2:00 O°CLOCK IN THE MORNING OF THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF MAY 2015 TO GIVE FOR THE WEEKLY AMATEUR SINGING CONTEST AS PART OF THE BARANGAY I1- RAJAH HUMABON ACTIVITIES OF THEIR 4™ ADLAW HONG HUMABON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled and by authority of the same that:SECTION 1. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES. In connection with the amateur singing contest as part of the Barangay 11-Rajah Humabon activities of their 14" Adlaw Hong Humabon, the portion of road along G. Flores Avenue will be partially closed every Sunday from 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 o’clock in the morning of the following day, for the whole month of May, 2015. SECTION 2. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT. The Land Transportation and Traffic Management Office (LTTMO), in coordination with the Barangay Officials of Barangay Humabon, is hereby directed to see to it that adequate signs are installed and traffic enforcers assigned at the above-mentioned area during the length of the temporary closures for the guidance of the public. Further, the LTTMO is directed to facilitate the imposition of the alternative routes of vehicular traffic flow for the convenience and safety of the public, and see to it that at the end of the authorized road closures” duration, the closed road portions shall be immediately made open to the passage of vehicles. SECTION 3. The Sangguniang Barangay of Rajah Humabon shall sce to it that cleanliness and sanitation shall be maintained during and after the said activities with the corresponding signages for toilets and garbage. Any untoward incident, damage or destruction that may occur during the holding of the said activities shall be the sole responsibility of the said barangay. SECTION 4, PENAL CLAUSE. Any vehicle driver who violates this Ordinance shall be fined with One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00), aside from shouldering the cost of damages, if there are any, which the City may impose.
