Balance
Balance is the ability to manage your body's
position, whether stationary or moving, is
known as balance. Along with strength,
endurance, and flexibility, balance is an
important aspect of fitness. Balance
exercises may be performed in a variety of
ways. Balance is not only present in our
body proportions, it can be on our daily task
that we do.

I used balance in different ways for


example, the food that I eat everyday must
be balance that the components of Go, Grow,
and Glow foods is consume. And as a
student, balancing of time is very important.
Time management is the right term to put on,
managing time can be stressful but it can
help you a lot to be productive.

We can also be flexible when doing a lot of


things, or what we call multitasking. It is
the ability to do works at once. I've
experienced it when I was a Student
Assistant in campus wherein I work with
teachers while studying. Its been hard for
me to adjust at first but on the next day I've
finally manage my time.

Until today, I run a printing business and


balancing my time on studying. Education is
more important than anything in the world,
so take time to pursue your dreams even
though you are doing something. All we have
to do is "Time Management".
