Instruction: answer the following questions in your own words, using examples will help you
support a solid and convincing argument.
1. Why is movement enhancement important?

Have you ever wondered why you had an unproductive day because you were
laying down, scrolling through your phone, and doing nothing? Movement enhancement
becomes important in this situation. Our bodies require movement in order for us to feel
energised, to get ready for a productive day, and to maintain a fit and healthy physique.
In addition to improving our social skills, posture, strength, and self-esteem, movement
enhancement is beneficial for our bodies. Last but not least, movement is more than just
"exercise" and requires activity but not necessarily effort. Everything is impacted by
movement, including immunity, digestion, and metabolism.

2. What is the importance of movement enhancement in physical education class?

Everything in school should be balanced. Because of this, it's necessary to include

movement-enhancement activities in physical education lessons. It enhances the
student's attitude and mood, makes them energetic and active, and also supports their
ability to maintain academic focus and objectivity. For instance, when I was in junior high,
our teacher would advise us to have an energizer every morning, and I was curious as to
why. In the end, I understood that the little motions we make when dancing to children's
music helped us get ready for the day. The energizer exercise seemed to energize the
class, despite the fact that it was still quite early in the morning. And by that, I imply that
I think learning in school should focus on more than simply academic prowess; it should
also educate students how to balance their physical health and academic lives.
3. How will you incorporate movement enhancement in your life?

I always incorporate movement enhancement in my daily life in so many different

ways. Just by travelling on my way to school incorporates movements already. I even have
a tracker every day that shows how many steps I took on that day. Also, when I’m bored,
I do tiktok dances that showcase my movements. I also try not to lie down all day because
I've noticed that it makes my day unproductive. As I began college, I trained myself to get
up early, go for a short walk, and then begin studying. I think it’s kind of hard since I am
not used to this lifestyle, but I do have no choice because I have to study, and in order to
process any information, I have to prepare my body first.

4. Site at least three examples of activities that enhances movement?

 Walking my way to school
 Climbing the stairs of our home
 Doing house hold chores (washing the dishes, doing the laundry, sweeping the
floor, etc)
