Great! Let us begin by discussing the Philippines physical activities. To become physically fit, you must perform a daily task or
activities without getting tired. You may refer to your book on pages 128-133.
Many young people today are engaged in virtual and technology aided games. They miss the real essence of the games as part
of physical activities. Target games are some physical activities that can make our body active and develop skills as well as
enjoyment.
To further understand and learn the different target games. Open your book on pages 134-141.
